My work cultivates cooperation between institutions, communities and individuals, harnessing education, culture and technology as the levers that enable it. I create spaces for dialogue, where people and institutions can meet and act together. With 15+ years of experience across education, culture, digital transformation and international affairs, I build platforms and partnerships, curate cultural programmes, and use storytelling to foster understanding.
As Founder and Director of the Festival du Film Merveilleux et Imaginaire, I have developed international cultural cooperation, leading 15+ editions worldwide, programming films from 40+ countries, and building partnerships with UNESCO, Google, Cannes pavilions, Alliance Française networks, French Institutes and foreign cultural institutes across Russia, India, Australia, Kazakhstan and the United States. Through the festival, I have designed cultural and educational programmes, including workshops and mentoring initiatives for young professionals, aligned with SDG 4 and the UNESCO 2005 Convention. I previously represented Dyslexia International at UNESCO Paris, advocating for inclusive education before national delegations and international committees.
My path includes a technology governance dimension. Since 2011, I designed Cannes Digital, bridging cinema and technology with partners such as Oculus & Viva Technology. Elected to the Board of the American Women’s Club of London, I served as Director of Technology, designing GDPR compliance, cybersecurity protocols and digital educational tools. I currently serve as Programs Manager at EMCC, the international body for coaching & mentoring, where I lead public affairs and digital transformation initiatives. At Peermusic, the world’s largest independent music publisher, I reconciled international rights data from SACEM distributions.
I hold an Executive Diploma in Cultural Diplomacy and International Relations from UNITAR–ICD, with research on Franco-Russian cultural relations; Research Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Education Sciences from Université Paris VIII, focused on critical digital intelligence and educational diplomacy in digital environments; a Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Cinématographiques from ESEC; an Executive Certificate in Coaching, Leadership & Change from ESSEC Business School; and advanced training in geopolitics at IEGA.
I am committed to the idea that cultural diplomacy is, at its core, educational diplomacy, with an increasing technological dimension.
